Adaptors
Termination adaptor box are designed to match the with the opening, drilling and bus extension detail supplied on the switchgear / transformer equipments. It includes a matching flange, fasteners, gaskets etc.

Bellows
Busduct Bellows are used to prevent transmission of vibration of electrical generators and provide the stress relief in ducting system due care of the thermal expansion and contraction of Busduc enclosure and civil tolerance during Bus Duct installation. Further it insulates the termination equipments connecting to busduct and thus do not let the busduct enclosure currents to flow in the connecting equipments. It is fabricated from slow in Stainless steeel/ EPDM/ Neoprene as per requirements

Seal Off Bushings
Epoxy Seal off bushing are provided at Power house wall and at Generator termination end to restrict the prorogation of fire in case of accident. For air pressurised location, Seal off bushing is also provided at Generator transformer end to form a close loop for compressed air

Silicagel Breather
Silica gel breathers are used to absorb the moisture content from the air inside Busduct enclosure so it protects from contamination at cooling / no load period

Flexible Connectors
Copper/Alluminum flexibles are provided at bus duct terminations i.e at Generator end, Generator transformer end, LAVT Cubicle, NG Cubicle and other connecting equipment end. Aluminum Flexibles are provided in the run of bus duct to take care of alignment, variation in bus bar lengths due to temperature variations

Hot Dip Galvanized support Structure
Hot-dip galvanizing is the process of immersing fabricated Steel support into a bath of molten zinc. The process is inherently simple which provides a distinct advangate over other corrosion protection methods resulting in superior corrosion resistance.
